What is the church like?
We are a friendly Christian community of different ages, backgrounds and interests who live all over the Tyne valley. We are part of Stocksfield Baptist Church because we have come to know God’s love for us through Jesus, want to know him more and make a difference in the world.
Our church is a people not a building and the life of the church is expressed 24/7 in all the places we live, work and play. You can get a flavour when we meet on Sundays (10am) for lively worship, bible preaching and sharing stories of what God is doing in our lives and communities. We have a wide age range with children’s work and youth work during our services. We also meet in weekly house-groups for bible study and prayer and to encourage each other in faith.
